We had  glitch in getting our puppy from the Newark airport. His flight was delayed 3 times and was ultimately cancelled at 10:30pm. I called and got an “after hours” recording. I was frantic but thought i was just going to have to figure it out on my own. With in 5 minutes someone called me back!!! She was WONDERFUL!! Very calming and reassuring….I was so happy to know i wasn’t alone, worrying about the safety of my new puppy as he spent the night in NJ!! Thank you for being there.”
